Royal Canin chose us to produce a pet waste bag dispenser and cover featuring a design by a Thai artist. The project required approximately 10,000 units as an OEM-designed accessory for event giveaways and retail use. We connected with a professional pet supplies partner to offer the proposal and digital mock-ups.
After we received the Thai artist’s design, the Makers & Co team worked rapidly with the factory designer to create the final mock-up for our customer to review. A key challenge during this stage was adapting the artwork to fit the limited printable area of the waste bag dispenser. The maximum printable dimensions were only 19.091mm for the height and 23.5mm for the width requiring precise alignment of the logo. Accurate Pantone colour matching was essential to ensure the cover remained consistent with the design. In addition, the designer provided detailed artwork specifications for each component, including the cover design, bag design, and sticker layout.

After we agreed on the mock-up, the factory took only 7 days to produce the sample of the pet waste bag dispenser and cover, and deliver to the customer in order to review before proceeding with the bulk order at 10,000 units.
Our client needed this shipment urgently, so we provided detailed video and photo documentation for digital approval, saving significant time, ensuring project efficiency.

After the sample was approved, the factory completed mass production within 20 days, delivering 10,000 pet waste bag dispensers and covers. We manufactured the product itself, in addition to the sticker label on the OPP packaging, as requested by the customer.
